About Us
On a Roll began as a food truck run by founder Brie Graham, travelling the Hamilton market and festival circuit serving bao buns, bánh mì and flavour-packed Asian street food.
The following grew quickly, and in 2021 the first permanent restaurant opened on Vialou Street. Bold murals, warm lighting and a giant tiger watching over the room set the tone.
Fluffy bao, stacked bánh mì, sticky wings, dumplings and noodles quickly became local favourites.
Now across two Hamilton locations, On a Roll is still doing what it started with: big flavours, good energy and food that people crave.
